7-Day Checking Warranty Card At Hamza Reviews, we stand behind the quality of our automatic and luxury watches. We offer a comprehensive 7-Day Checking Warranty Card from the date of delivery. If you encounter any mechanical issues, transit damage, or manufacturing defects within this period, you are eligible for a return or exchange.

Conditions for Returns To be eligible for a return under the 7-day window, your watch must be in the exact condition that you received it. It must be unworn, free of scratches or modifications, and securely packed in its original premium packaging with all tags, protective films, and documentation included.

Initiating a Return To start a return, please contact us directly via our Contact Us page or email. If your return request is accepted, we will provide you with the shipping address and instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned watch. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take a few business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
